Overview

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment. Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management. Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Skills

Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation. Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Experience in kitchen operations or food service is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Previous experience in a cafe or grocery store setting is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
