Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QuickBooks Consultant to help our team and elevate our financial management processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in QuickBooks and other accounting software to streamline bookkeeping, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support various accounting functions across diverse client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Implement, customize, and troubleshoot QuickBooks and related accounting software to meet client needs. Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation, ensuring data accuracy. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Support budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and providing insights for strategic planning. Deliver training sessions on accounting software such as QuickBooks to empower employees with effective financial management skills.

Skills

Extensive experience with QuickBooks and proficiency in accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with governmental accounting procedures and tax experience is a plus. Excellent bookkeeping skills encompassing accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial report writing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately for budgeting and financial planning purposes.
