World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

About the Job:

The Quick Base developer will have strong experience in building and maintaining Quick Base apps in a business environment and integration of Quick Base with third-party SaaS applications. This role reports to the Director of IT.

Essential functions and responsibilities include:

• Primary responsibilities of the Quick Base Developer will include maintenance, change implementation, and improvement of existing Quick Base applications, in addition to working on new applications as required.
• Experience with Quick Base formulas, webhooks, pipelines, and Zapier.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on planning and estimating major projects and milestones.
• Prepare/maintain technical proposals to improve the product and process.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Detail oriented and organized, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others as a leader.

Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related discipline with a minimum of 3 or more years of work experience in a business development environment.
• Quick Base App Builder or Expert Builder Certification - must be current.
• 3 + years of experience developing web-based applications using languages and libraries such as HTML/5, Python, JS, PHP, APIs, Zapier, and SQL.
• 3 + years of experience integrating/improving process-flow/data connection between multiple SaaS applications.
• Proficient in SDLC, process design, process management, and writing technical procedures and other informational materials.
• Able to handle multiple/competing priorities.

Benefits:

• Compensation package - $80,000 - $100,000 yrly, depending on experience

• Vacation/holiday pay and 401(k) Plan with company match after 90 days; benefit package (Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, Life/Accident/Short-Term Disability insurance) on first of the month following or coincident with 60 days; Employee Assistance Program immediately upon hire.
