Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and various vehicle maintenance tasks while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various automotive repairs Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and provide solutions based on mechanical knowledge Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs Support the sales process by recommending additional services when necessary Perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, including oil changes and tire services Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Customer service experience is essential to ensure client satisfaction Ability to lift heavy objects as part of routine maintenance tasks

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
