Long-Lewis of the Shoals is seeking a Quick Lane Technician with the drive and determination to grow within our award-winning service department. As part of our Quick Lane team, you'll deliver fast, high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry.


You'll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment performing services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and more. Whether you're just beginning your career or have prior experience, this role offers a structured path toward growth and advancement.


What This Position Offers


Strong Starting Income: Average $500-$600/week, with top performers earning $1,000+/week

Qualifications


High school diploma or GED
Valid and unrestricted driver's license
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
