Position Summary

The Quality Assurance auditor will be responsible for ensuring that quality system processes and methods are being followed to the organization's standards.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Audit, both procured and fabricated parts for dimensional and functional compliance. Manage/organize, first piece production and boundary samples. Analyzing inspection data to identify trends and variation in process accuracy. Perform process capability studies. Manage/organize measurement tools and devices. Ensure their accuracy and calibration. Facilitate process improvement efforts. Manage/ verify process documentation - Work instructions, Control plans, Setup instructions, etc. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting daily tasks.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in QA processes and methodology. Familiarity with fine measurement equipment and devices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS office applications.

Educational & Certification

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in technical related fields is a plus 1-3 years of experience working within a quality management system

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
