We're looking for a

Quality Supervisor

to lead our ISO 9001-certified operation inside the

Hutchinson Correctional Facility

, guiding a team that builds both premium seats and transformed lives.

This role also includes

travel to customer sites across the U.S.

, ensuring Seat King's commitment to world-class quality extends from our plant to every OEM partner we serve.

What You'll Lead:

Coach and Develop a Quality Team:

Supervise quality inspectors, build skill in auditing, measurement, and documentation, and foster a culture of accountability and pride in workmanship.

Own and Advance ISO 9001 Systems:

Strengthen compliance through structured

CAPA programs

, risk analysis, and quality process audits that drive measurable improvement.

Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action:

Lead investigations into non-conformances, turn data into insight, and deliver permanent solutions that prevent recurrence.

Proactively Prevent Problems:

Implement

Preventive Actions

that anticipate quality risks, reinforce operator training, and reduce cost of poor quality before it starts.

Collaborate Across the Business:

Partner with Production, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve issues fast, align standards, and ensure every product leaving Seat King represents excellence.

Represent Seat King Nationwide:

Conduct customer site audits and supplier visits--demonstrating technical expertise, follow-through, and integrity in every interaction.

What You Bring:

3+ years in

manufacturing quality

, preferably in an

ISO 9001-certified environment

Strong knowledge of

CAPA, auditing, and quality system management

Proven leadership with the ability to

build teams and processes

that scale Analytical mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability Excellent communication skills--clear, factual, and grounded in respect Degree in Engineering or Quality Management preferred
