Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector/Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and accuracy are paramount.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints Assemble parts according to specifications and company standards Paint parts prior to shipping Test assembled parts to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality Meet all safety requirements Keep workspace clean Pack finished product for shipping Accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the team Performing inspections at random to assess product quality Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to the production process Maintain records of inspection/quality forms Complete all paperwork and hand into office daily Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Must have a teamwork mentality Proficiency in using tools like calipers for precise measurements Must have analytical and problem-solving skills Must have basic knowledge of hand tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of quality control standards and testing Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be self-motivated and eager to learn Experience working in a production shop is preferred Knowledge of Metric System is preferred Must be able to read blueprints Ability to operate a forklift is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
