Quality Manager

Purpose:

A Quality Inspector, Assist the Quality Manager and Quality Utility to help maintain the production processes to make sure all products meet the high-quality standards of Tiffin Motorhomes and its products.



Responsibilities/Essential Duties



Planning and Operational Duties



Perform inspection of product at designated location Identify, report and ensure quality standards Communicate quality standards and parameters to Supervisors, Utilities, and Production Team Members Identify issues, bugs, defects, and other recurring issues Report quality related issues to Quality Manager, Quality Utility, Production Team, and Engineering Perform other duties as assigned

Excellent attendance a must Good verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Good leadership and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires walking, climbing, twisting, etc. Ability to handle multiple tasks, individual should be self-motivated and organized Ability to work individually and on teams Able to learn RVIA codes and standards Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards Good computer/smart tablet skills * Knowledge of SAP is a plus
