Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION



Supports kitting, production and all quality/ISO activities by accurately inspecting and recording the quality performance of production runs.





ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



Inspect units produced by production against customer specifications.

Inspect component receipts per Standard Attribute Manual.

Record attribute data.

Determine severity of quality problems during production and report findings.

Interface with personnel from other departments.

Follow all current Work Instructions.

Understand and follow ISO and Quality policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



Assist in the quality-controlled activities including inspection, handling, counting and tracking utilizing excel and Microsoft suites

WORKING CONDITIONS



Exposure to light dust from paper and corrugated material.

Moderate to low noise levels from material handling equipment.

Work performed in a distribution/fulfillment environment that is not climate controlled.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS



High school diploma or equivalent.

One year of inspection experience preferred.

Basic reading and mathematical skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Typical Schedule



Ability to work on a 5-day/week schedule and overtime as needed.
