Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the production process. Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Assist with nonconforming product investigations, CAPAs and customer complaints. Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in the creation and or revisions of SOPs. Conduct internal audits. Collaborating closely with personnel at all levels to become a subject matter expert in departmental processes. Driving and supporting projects to help develop and improve processes. Document inspection results and prepare reports for management review. All other duties, as required.

Experience

Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality control measures. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
