Quality Inspector
to join our Quality team. This role ensures our products meet the highest standards by performing in-process, inbound, and final inspections that support our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
Perform in-process, inbound, and final inspections for all manufactured products
Read and interpret product drawings, technical documents, and written work instructions
Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and communicate recurring issues to the Quality Supervisor
Use inspection and measurement tools (calipers, rulers, multimeters, and more)
Verify routers and documentation for accuracy and proper execution
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety guidelines
Follow all work instructions without deviation
Report issues promptly and request assistance when needed
Complete work accurately and on time to meet production requirements
Support a high-performance culture focused on ownership and accountability
Additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
Ability to work with hand tools and standard inspection equipment
Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics
Basic computer and keyboard skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Good vision, hearing, and communication skills in English
Basic math and metrology understanding
Ability to abide by all company policies and procedures
Willingness to complete IPC and internal training courses
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role
Experience in contract manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with
IPC-620 / IPC-610
and
J-STD solder acceptance
(preferred)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs. (heavier loads require buddy system)
Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the facility
Perform repetitive tasks with hands and upper body
