Job Summary:
Quality inspector is responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet quality requirements.Must be willing to work B Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Every Other Sunday, 7PM to 7AM. $1 per hour shift differential applies to this position.
Job Duties:
Approving or rejecting material with respect to quality standard. Discuss production results with the production team. Maintain inspection reports. Uphold company safety measures. Generate certificate of conformance or certificate of analysis. Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly. Verify that production adheres to quality standards and procedures, by pulling samples to test using the appropriate methods and tools. Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a High school diploma. Would prefer a degree related to quality or manufacturing. Ability to work alone with minimal supervision. Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Working understanding of Excel and Word
