The Quality Inspection Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Lead and manage the FAI process in accordance with AS9102 and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Train and mentor inspection personnel on FAI requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and inspection reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal Quality Inspection Manager - Manufacturing will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection within metal manufacturing or aerospace/defense industries.
• Strong expertise in FAI processes and AS9102 requirements.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques (CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and ERP software.
• ASQ certifications (CQI, CQT, or CQE).
• Experience with NADCAP and special process audits.
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
