The Quality Enhancement & Data Systems Coordinator at Lasting Impressions MO LLC plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery across our Individualized Supported Living (ISL) and Shared Living Services. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant program documentation, overseeing essential data systems, and supporting continuous quality improvement efforts.
The Coordinator ensures the agency is audit-ready at all times by proactively monitoring compliance, identifying gaps, supporting staff, and maintaining organized, accessible records. Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance, Compliance & Audit Readiness
Ensure continuous compliance with Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), Medicaid Waiver, and internal policies for ISL and Shared Living programs.
Conduct routine internal audits of program documentation, including service notes, MARs, ISP goal tracking, incident reports, training compliance, and staff documentation.
Track quality indicators and compliance-related data to identify trends, risks, or areas needing improvement.
Collaborate with Program Directors, Residential Teams, and Shared Living Contractors to implement corrective actions.
Organize, maintain, and update all records required for external audits, licensure reviews, and quality assessments.
Support a culture of continuous improvement by helping staff understand and follow quality and compliance expectations.
Ad-Hoc Reporting for Quality & Oversight
Create
ad-hoc data reports
to support compliance checks, quality improvement initiatives, DMH requests, internal investigations, staffing assessments, and audit preparation.
Provide customized reports that verify documentation completeness and regulatory adherence.
Use real-time data to identify compliance issues early and support timely corrective action.
Data Systems Management
Maintain and administer all agency data systems used for ISL and Shared Living documentation, staff training records, and individual files.
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of required documentation.
Generate recurring and on-demand reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to support leadership decision-making.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or tech support to maintain system functionality.
Administrative & Office Coordination
Serve as the primary front-office representative, providing a professional and welcoming environment for staff, individuals, families, and partners.
Assist leadership with document preparation, scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintenance of electronic and physical records.
Support office organization, supply management, and preparation of audit or quality materials.
Prepare internal and external communications and maintain structured filing systems.
Qualifications
Required
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with documentation systems, databases, spreadsheets, and office software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, program staff, and support teams.
Preferred
Experience in ISL, Shared Living, DMH services, or Medicaid-funded programs.
Understanding of Missouri provider compliance standards, audits, and regulatory expectations.
Prior experience with quality assurance, data management, or compliance roles.
