Are you a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the Industrial Manufacturing experience? Do you have an Associates or Bachelor's in a field related to engineering? The Quality Engineer - Precision Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead customer communication regarding quality issues and resolutions.
  • Design, assemble, and maintain sensor packages and inline machine vision systems.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality concerns.
  • Maintain and update control plans for all stamped components.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific APQP/PPAP requirements.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership on disposition of nonconforming materials and process improvements.

The ideal Quality Engineer - Precision Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in quality engineering within the industrial precision manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and geometric tolerancing.
  • Experience with inspection gauges, control plans, and ISO documentation.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and customer quality systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
