Position Summary The Quality Document Coordinator (Administrative Assistant - Quality) provides administrative and documentation support to the Quality Unit to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, format, route, and file controlled quality documents (SOPs, forms, logs). Maintain document control logs, revision histories, and distribution records. Support batch record compilation, review readiness, and archival. Maintain employee training records and training matrices. Provide administrative support for CAPA, deviations, complaints, and change controls. Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years administrative experience; regulated environment preferred; not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Typing speed of 45-65 WPM with a high level of accuracy is preferred. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for this role. Candidates must have dependable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all scheduled work hours.
