Immediately Hiring! Shift: 1st shift (5am-1pm or 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm) Starting pay: $31.73/hour Disclaimer This position requires the use of, or access to, information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. A Quality Coordinator is an individual who ensures that an organization\xe2\x80\x99s product or services meet the acceptable standard of quality. A quality coordinator guarantees that an organization\xe2\x80\x99s raw materials, production processes, procedures, and products or services meet the regulatory standard and quality standards. They usually work with a team of individuals from various departments who plays a crucial role in producing a product or providing a service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assuring that the organization\xe2\x80\x99s standards are met by monitoring the progress of construction projects or other work being done by contractors
  • Organizing with other departments within the company to ensure that projects meet all regulations and deadlines
  • Recording project procedure and results for future reference
  • Organizing with manufacturing engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that the correct procedures are being followed
  • Ascertaining standards for workmanship and materials used in projects to ensure high-quality work
  • Overseeing and maintaining records of all materials used on projects including purchase orders and Certificate of Conformance.
  • Specifying data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans
  • Conducting regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies
  • Helping with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Administering or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions
  • Organizing resolution of top-level issues and mentoring associates about the Quality Management processes which include Customer Source Inspections or Delegated Source Inspections

Qualifications

  • Employee input to streamline and make as efficient as possible.
  • Computer skills (Windows, Excel, Power Point, Access)
  • Excellent Teamwork Skills
  • Blue Print reading
  • Three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within the facility
  • Active security clearance or be eligible
