Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Quality Control/Building & Property Maintenance position to join our team! Starting pay will range from $18 - $25 per hour
Quality Control/Building & Property Maintenance An applicant for the Quality Control/Building & Property Maintenance position would generally be in charge of performing building and property maintenance and light repairs to our properties as well as fulfilling the quality control position within our organization. This role may include but not limited to the following tasks:

• Lawn mowing & Trimming

• Basic janitorial duties for office and shop areas

• Snow Removal

• Property, landscape and building upkeep and cleanliness

• Cleaning and maintaining company shop equipment

• Maintenance/repair as needed for bathroom fixtures/toilets, building lighting and assigned building/property repairs and/or projects

• Performing Incoming and Outgoing quality control inspections on vehicles

• Utilizing tablet and computer for data input and pictures

• Light vacuuming and cleaning of windows of vehicles

• Shuttle rides for customers when needed

  This position requires a motivated self starter that understands the importance of details as well as ability to adjust on the fly in a busy work environment. Applicant must have janitorial skills, plumbing, electrical & construction knowledge in order to perform maintenance and repairs as needed. Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle components for quality control as well as mechanically minded for repairs and maintenance needs on equipment is important.

• Must be able to operates vehicles in a safe and responsible manner as well as have a clean motor vehicle record in order to be insurable to drive vehicles.

• Interacts with customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Assists in maintaining shop appearance, cleanliness, safety standards and in ensuring the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as cleaning, sweeping, hauling out garbage, mowing, snow removal and other general functions. Adheres to all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.

• Pay will be dependent upon skill level and/or experience that was gained in a prior professional area of employment. Prior automotive technical schooling and/or college helpful and appreciated but not required.
