Job Summary:
The quality control (QC) specialist at MCA ensures our products meet established standards by inspecting, testing, and analyzing production processes. This position identifies defects, recommends improvements, and collaborates with team members to implement solutions and maintain quality throughout our production process.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Support new model quality standards, implementation of standards, check sheets and part by part quality expectations and standards. Act as primary contact for any quality concern or issue, including contact for all customers to handle investigation, problem solving and countermeasure activities. Train workforce on quality impact and expectations, control measures, and best practices. Conduct regular on-site quality tests, audits and inspections at various stages of production to ensure prevention flow out and standards of quality issues by members are met. Analyze data feeds, error logs, and test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Ensure products are in compliance with safety and quality standards to meet both company and regulatory standards. Recommend adjustments to production processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions. Work with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues.


Required Skills/ Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems. Meticulous attention to detail to identify defects and ensure accuracy. Knowledge of quality control procedures, testing methods, and relevant software. Ability to identify and resolve quality issues. Knowledge and understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards. Proficiency with Quality Control Tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; High school diploma and equivalent experience of 3 years or more

$20 - $22 per hour
