JOB SUMMARY

The QC/QA's primary function is to ensure products and services meet client/owner quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A working knowledge of construction project quality control and quality assurance, typically gained from one year of experience in inspection, construction, or operations, or a combination of training and experience. High school diploma or equivalent

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements. Requires extensive travel, up to 80%.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate work performance records, inspection reports, and related documentation. Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures, including inspection instructions and control of measuring and test equipment. Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and applicable codes. Coordinate quality control inspection schedules with overall project timelines. Review purchase documents for compliance with quality control requirements. Conduct internal and external quality audits; identify problem areas, define corrective measures, and ensure timely implementation. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $38 to $43 hourly Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401 (k) with company match. Paid time off.
