Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications. Review contracts, drawings, and technical documents to confirm scope accuracy and identify potential quality risks. Maintain meticulous records of inspections, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and quality metrics for accountability and reporting purposes. Lead training sessions for site personnel on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices in construction quality assurance.
