Overview

Enhanced Labs, a leading 50,000 sq ft manufacturing and private label facility specializing in supplements, gummies, honey products, drinks, and capsules, is seeking an experienced

Quality Control (QC) Manager

.

This role will oversee and manage all aspects of quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to achieve and maintain

GMP certification

, ensuring compliance with FDA, state, and industry guidelines. Develop, implement, review, and update

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

across production, packaging, and quality control functions. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and gap analyses; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Train staff on GMP principles, SOP adherence, and quality standards. Review and approve batch records, raw material COAs, in-process checks, and finished product testing. Oversee retention sample program, stability testing, and document control systems. Manage relationships with third-party testing labs and regulatory bodies. Begin to research in-house testing capabilities. Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations to resolve quality issues, deviations, or non-conformances. Prepare and maintain quality reports for leadership, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of

GMP, FDA, and cGMP regulations

. Experience leading audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections. Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
