Responsibilities:

-Must be interested in the Food Industry or working in the Food, Dairy, or Beverages industries.
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments to support scientific research and development projects.
- Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports on findings.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research objectives.
- Stay updated on relevant scientific literature and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Previous experience working in a clinical, research, or industrial laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Knowledge of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with animal physiology and handling is a plus.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and compliance is desirable.
- Proficiency in math and statistical analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per hour
