Job Description

At DDS Cisaplast USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality refrigeration components and solutions to our customers. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry specifications. This position involves performing detailed inspections, identifying defects, and collaborating with production teams to maintain excellence throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.





Responsibilities:




Perform quality assessments on incoming materials from vendors Perform quality assessments on outgoing products to customers Assess questionable materials/products to determine their compliance with the company's quality standards Recommend and support implementation of improvements to production processes for quality, cost, delivery, moral, and safety (QCDMS) Record and report the results of dimensional, cosmetic, and performance evaluations of products Monitor and audit production processes to ensure compliance with standards, including conducting on-line and finished product audits Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and assist in implementing corrective actions Collect, analyze, and summarize statistical quality data for improvements Propose and execute safety measures to ensure the safety of all team members Support Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) activities, including calibration Issue and track quality alerts for supplier defects Conduct measurements and collect data on new products, as needed Provide assistance with on-line tasks, as needed Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues in supplier materials and finished goods Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:




High School diploma or GED, required Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing quality role, required Competency in utilizing measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, tape measures, etc., required Ability to read blueprints, required

Schedule:




Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm (Occasional overtime may be required on Friday or Saturday)
