Job Description

We are currently looking an individual that has knowledge or previous experience dealing with FSVP plans. The individual will have to contract our vendors and suppliers to get documentations and using the documentation to create a FVSP plan.

Ensure product compliance with legal and quality standards. Ensure compliance with USDA standards Guide production personnel on quality measures.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

They are essential for the application of the HACCP System (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Food Safety Modernization Act - FSMA

Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) for Animal and Human Food Importers

Qualified individual:1) Definition from FSVP1:A person who has the education, training, or experience (or a combination thereof) necessary to perform an activity required under this subpart, and can read and understand the language of any records that the person must review in performing this activity.

- College degree Preferred

- Individual will be responsible for all for creating FSVP plans for all item category

- Qualified to, evaluate/approve foreign suppliers, review food safety records, hazard analysis, and verification activities forms (basically all required FSVP documents).

- Has education, experience, or have worked on FSVP plans previously.

- Conduct routine & advanced analyses of raw materials, environmental samples, & finished products to verify food safety & quality

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $68,000.00 per year
