Job Summary - Reviews the work performed by other departments to ensure the compliance with company polices, agency guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Specific Duties -

1. Listens to recorded telephone calls made by the Asset Manager to determine whether the calls conform to Company policies and state and federal regulations.

2. Performs retroactive reviews of servicing documents to determine whether loans have been serviced in accordance with all state and federal guidelines.

3. Reports findings to Risk Management of Quality Control.

4. Performs other related duties as assigned
