Serves as point person for regional health information management and coding teams to support quality audits and develop/maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that effectively tell the story of the data and highlight education opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Completes timely and accurate quality assurance audits while adhering to inpatient and/or outpatient coding policies, procedures, and established audit schedules. Translates quality auditing results into practical recommendations for improvements in further standardizing audit policies and procedures. Uses relevant references to perform audits, including applicable software, guidelines and guidance.

High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:
