Job Summary

Quality Assurance Auditor - Performs a variety of quality control tests on products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.

Job Duties

Perform inspections of finished or in-process goods to ensure work instructions are met Use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments Complete first piece inspection if needed (i.e., checks that items produced pass quality control requirements) Record statistical data Analyze data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards Operates forklift equipment for receiving incoming material Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

Perform work under general supervision Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter Typically require a high school diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of experience
