Responsibilities for Quality Assurance

Ensure Medicaid/Medicare quality assurance standards and company processes Follow a filing system for organizing records, such as treatment plans, therapist notes, assessments, correspondence, and memoranda Generate appropriate documents and assessments according to schedule Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing Perform other clerical duties, such as faxing, using a copy machine, scanning documents, maintaining tracking systems, and managing office equipment Work closely with management to improve existing processes Other secretarial/receptionist responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications for Quality Assurance

2+ years of clerical, secretarial, customer service, or quality assurance experience Reading comprehension skill
Critical-thinking skills: Logic and decision-making skills are key to expeditiously sort various documents and determine what to do with them

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs Understanding of industry standards and company policies Meticulous and diligent attributes Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision Able to sit, stand, and walk around for long hours at a time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
