Job Summary and Purpose:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic students to join our Summer Internship Program within our Quality Department. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on professional experience, develop functional skills, and support the team in achieving operational objectives. The Intern will collaborate with colleagues, complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness, and demonstrate a willingness to learn while adding value to ongoing initiatives and contributing to the success of the company.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
Work independently and collaboratively on assigned projects and daily operational tasks.
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to support ongoing initiatives.
Engage with departmental leaders to gain insights into the organization and the broader animal health industry.
Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
Present key findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship program.

Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program within a related field (Business, Life Science, Engineering, etc.)
Basic knowledge relevant to the Quality Department
Ability to work 40-hours per week, over 10+ weeks during the summer timeline
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Competency with digital tools (MS Office Suite, ChatGPT or similar, etc.)
Eagerness and ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
HoSSalary: $21/hour
