Responsibilities:

This is for a 3rd shift position (11:00 PM -7:30 AM) in the Thermoforming QA departmentCommunicate quality issues discovered to other shifts Fill out the Quality Assurance Daily report Perform a resin check of the molding floor Check cycle times of molding machines that are running Pick up a complete shot of parts off of each molding press that is running Cool parts in the QA lab Check the colors using the Densitomer, color chips and signed samples from marketin Check the jobs on the molding floor and document findings Size and weigh molding parts and document findings Notify molders and QA shift lead/Group lead/Supervisor/Manager of defects and size problems on molded parts Other duties as required

Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent Good color perception Self-motivated Good organizational, math and communication skills * Previous QA experience preferred
