Job Summary: As the Quality and Process Engineer you will design and develop manufacturing processes and systems improving quality, reducing cost, and increasing production output.

  Site leader for Braze Excellence program
• 
  Develop, support, and maintain Brazing and Welding certification processes
• 
  Evaluate and implement innovative, cost effective, safe, manufacturing processes and techniques which will improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing operations and business systems
• 
  Lead effort with various functional team members collaborating to improve designs, processes, and equipment while enhancing design for manufacturability and customer facing quality.
• 
  Leverage customer feedback to improve processes with feedback into design to track design improvements leveraging Braze Excellence standards.
• 
  Design and implement sub-assemblies and fixtures to improve quality, shorten product cycle times, and ergonomics.
• 
  Provide technical expertise and leadership for the timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems. Serve as a resource for cause / effect analyses, investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning
• 
  Support various areas with quality improvements and projects

Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant work experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Project Management and CAD experience
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability to implement Lean-Six Sigma processes.
• Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
• Brazing and/or Welding knowledge/experience preferred. Training available

Physical Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally, including the telephone.
• Ability to travel as needed for job assignments.
• Ability to support any shift as work assignments dictate.
