As the Quality Analyst Sr. Staff, you will report directly to the Sr. Quality Manager and be responsible for supporting the Wing Systems and Operations department as the Quality FO focal as well as Customer interface for CAR response and coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing and reporting on quality-related data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Recommending corrective actions and developing quality control measures to drive continuous improvement.
Ensuring corrective actions assigned to the Quality department are robust to prevent reoccurrence.
Engaged in department Customer Escapes and supporting the Root Cause and Corrective Action process to prevent reoccurrence.
Ensuring conformance to company and regulatory standards through proactive quality initiatives.
Lead high level projects that support the department and Quality Organization
FOD focal for the Quality Department driving the team to make improvements based off of data analysis.
Engagement with production and quality on and off the shop floor reviewing customer and FO escapes to support improvement activities.

This position is fulltime onsite in Fort Worth, TX
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Quality Process and Continuous Improvement
Experience performing root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI etc)
Experience with data analytics
Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance per business requirements
Desired skills
Bachelors degree 9+ years of aviation quality experience
Experience in project management and use of project management tools
Effective communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience interfacing with Government Customer Representatives
Experience briefing senior leaders
Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
