Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Qualified Professional to provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults experiencing mental health challenges. In this role, you'll help clients build life skills, strengthen resilience, and integrate into the community through person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized PSR plans based on client strengths and recovery goals Provide therapeutic interventions that support emotional, social, and daily living skills Facilitate groups that build social skills, community participation, and peer support Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes

Qualifications:

Willing to work weekdays;
Experience in psychosocial rehabilitation or a related mental health field

Familiarity with core mental health and recovery principles Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills Compassionate, client-centered approach and ability to work on a team
