Position: Qualified Mental Health Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate and client-centered mental health supportive services.

- Develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support clients' mental health goals.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure holistic care.

- Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system.

Qualifications:

- Medicaid enrollment as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA).

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.

- Experience working in a mental health setting preferred.

- Have a strong working knowledge of rehabilitative mental health services

- Have the ability to implement interventions prescribed on a treatment plan

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
