Quality Control Technician
to perform inspections, verify product conformity, and support our quality assurance processes. This role ensures our customers receive products that meet strict specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, skilled in measurement and documentation, and preferably a
Certified Weld Inspector (CWI)

Key Responsibilities
Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections. Conduct Ultrasonic Testing and Dye Penetrant Testing per specifications. Review shop orders, drawings, and customer requirements before production release. Maintain accurate QC paperwork, inspection reports, and calibrated measurement tools. Inspect welds, review welding documentation, and monitor welding processes. Support creation and review of process instructions and quality documentation. Communicate effectively with production teams and customers as needed.

Qualifications
CWI certification
preferred
. Ability to read blueprints/drawings and perform precise measurements. Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, BendPro, or CMM equipment a plus. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.###
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to
50 lbs
