Job Description

The QC/QA Supervisor makes sure the company follow compliance requirements such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716. The selected candidate will be responsible for improving processes, generating reports, and documenting QC/QA systems. The selected candidate will be ensuring that an organization's raw materials, production processes, procedures, and products or services comply with regulatory and quality standards. They might also train other team members in quality assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES



Maintain and upkeep the quality management system (QMS), using ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 22716:2007 Quality Standards. Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations. The QC/QA Lead oversees quality assurance processes by encouraging continuous improvement and solving quality problems. The QC/QA Lead oversees product testing and improves products and monitors and develops inspection processes to make sure procedures are done correctly. The QC/QA Lead decides what inspection and testing equipment to use. to quality assurance policies and write. The QC/QA Lead contributes to creating Documents as Product's Specification, Raw Material's Specifications, Component's Specifications, procedures, and Work Instructions etc. The QC/QA Lead is responsible for equipment calibration. The QC/QA Lead supervises employee hiring, training, workflow, and development. Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product. Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards. Supervising staff and monitoring production standards. Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes. Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS



Associates degree in any specification or a related field. Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in the Production Department. Previous experience and required skills must include experience in chemical and cosmetics processes, sampling processes, testing and measurement techniques, inspection methodology, interpreting engineering drawings, use of specifications and standards and precision measurement equipment. Demonstrate the ability to pay close attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent public speaking and sales skills. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Outstanding team management skills. Able to work independently or as a team member. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Decision-making skills. Proficiency in computer applications. Effective time management. Multi tasks, flexible and open-minded. Pro-active. Strong work ethics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
