Overview of this Position:

Ensuring that materials and services provided by GRAM's suppliers meet all regulatory, quality, and company standards. This role supports supplier qualification, incoming material inspection, and resolution of supplier-related issues under the guidance of other staff members. The Supplier Quality Specialist plays a critical role in mitigating risks, ensuring supply chain compliance, and promoting continuous improvement in supplier processes.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering discipline. Quality Assurance or regulatory industry with a minimum of 1 -2 years' experience Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities Include (

):

Assist with supplier onboarding and qualification activities. Review supplier documentation (e.g., COAs, certifications). Support the investigation of non-conforming materials and supplier deviations. Maintain supplier files and track quality metrics. Coordinate initial and requalification supplier audits under supervision. Participate in quality system recordkeeping (e.g., SCARs, NCRs). Review and provide final disposition of materials.
