Job Description

A. SUMMARY

To assure that all company products meet quality assurance requirements.

B. DUTIES

Essential Duties:

These duties directly and substantially serve to achieve the

Purpose of the position.

Conduct customer product analysis upon request by sales department and other quality assurance personnel. Testing the mill and finish product coming from the lines test for moisture, pH, color, sieve granulation, yield test and others According ISO procedures. Conduct quality assurance product rechecks as directed by the quality assurance supervisor Demonstrate the ability to conduct, schedule and monitor multiple quality assurance functions or analysis in a proficient manner, as directed by the quality assurance supervisor. Regular and timely attendance is a job requirement of all employees.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with a disability)

Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and frequently 10 to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects , Constant walking a distance of 84 meters on 2.5 minutes, every 10 minutes, able to be standing for Periods of time of 8 to 12 hours per shift . Frequently climbing ladders, stairs, etc

Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by the weather. Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds of a pitch or level sufficient to require hearing protection. Exposure to constant or intermittent dusty area

D. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Computer skills on excel and word, English verbal and writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
