We're seeking a detail-driven QA Digital Project Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across digital transformation projects. This hybrid role blends hands-on QA expertise with strategic project management, ensuring high-quality delivery of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting across multiple digital projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation strategies
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
Identify risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery or quality
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across QA and project workflows
? Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in QA and project management roles
Proven success managing digital projects (web, mobile, cloud-based platforms)
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools (manual and automated testing)
Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, TestRail, or similar
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA five days a week
Preferred Skills
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or financial services environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
