Purina Farm Technician - Calf Barn This is a permanent full-time position working with young dairy calves. Duties include: feeding of milk replacer and starter, medical evaluation and treatment of animals, administering vaccinations, castrating, dehorning, data collection, bedding and cleaning pens, operating a skid steer, power washing, and other duties as assigned. Employees will be required to be fitted for a half-mask respirator. Some weekends and holidays required. This position will work a combination of these shifts in a given week- FT: 6am \xe2\x80\x93 2:30pm and 11am \xe2\x80\x93 7:30pm
Experience-Education (Required): High school diploma or GED. Competencies-Skills (Required): Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Competencies-Skills (Preferred): Skid steer or tractor experience.
