Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

Purchasing / Supply Chain Coordinator

who is fluent in both

English and Chinese

. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who feels ready to take on more responsibility and make a real impact. You will work closely with our Vice President and play a key role in ensuring our purchasing and import processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders (POs) from creation to completion Coordinate directly with suppliers and vendors, ensuring clear communication in English and Chinese Organize and track all orders, imports, and shipments Handle proper documentation for customs and compliance Support the VP with supply chain planning and execution Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs Grow into a leadership role as the company expands

What We're Looking For

Bilingual fluency in

English & Chinese

(written and verbal required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or import/export is a plus but not required -- we are open to training the right candidate
