What You'll Do

o Own parts sourcing, ordering, and tracking for service and installs o Compare vendors, pricing, lead times, and warranties to get the best value o Verify part numbers from work orders/quotes and prevent "wrong part" callbacks o Coordinate deliveries/pickups; stage jobs so techs roll with everything they need o Maintain inventory accuracy (counts, returns, core tracking, warranty} o Keep tidy records: POs, packing slips, invoices, receipts o Communicate daily with techs, CSRs, and managers to remove delays o Support weekly cost reviews and purchasing reports

What Makes You a Great Fit

o Communication: clear, proactive updates with techs, vendors, and the office o Math & Organization: confident with pricing, markups, taxes, and neat records o Software: basic QuickBooks knowledge preferred (not required); comfortable with spreadsheets and email o Industry: service industry experience preferred (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical a plus) o Team Player: dependable, solutions-first, and calm under pressure
