- The Purchasing Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions of Urologic Specialists of Oklahoma; managing daily activities in purchasing to include day to day and capital purchases; managing contracts including administering, negotiating, reviewing, renewing, filing, and evaluating for availability, price, term, and quality of products. Coordinating bid process and ensuring compliance with procurement conflict of interest policies and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. : Minimum High School Diploma. Some College or Technical education preferred.
2 : Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field required. Preferred 3 to 5 years'
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.
2. Familiar with Purchasing Softwares, preferably ENVI.
3. Assesses current material availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on the market, delivery systems, and other variables.
4. Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.
5. Understands and is comfortable working with Group Purchasing Agreements.
6. Maintains and/or implements purchasing and electronic recordkeeping systems
7. Acts as the company's representative in negotiations with suppliers.
8. Coordinates removal or disposal of surplus materials including Bio-Hazard.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

3. Must be able to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in-person.
4. Must speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff.
5. Must be able to have vision that is adequate to read memos, a computer screen, personnel forms and clinical and administrative documents.
6. Must have manual dexterity.
7. Must be able to reach above the shoulder level to work, must be able to bend, squat and sit, stand, stoop, crouching, reaching, kneeling, twisting/turning.
8. Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
Pay: $52,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
