, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations moving-supporting buyers, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring materials and services arrive on time. This entry-level role is the perfect launchpad for anyone eager to grow a career in Purchasing or Manufacturing.


You'll gain hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders, sourcing materials, solving problems on the fly, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and outside suppliers. Most of your work will take place in a dynamic office environment using phone and email, with occasional on-site supplier visits to round out your real-world experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include, but are definitely not limited to:

Creating and processing new purchase orders Finding creative solutions for urgent shop-floor needs Controlling costs on frequently purchased items Managing escalations related to delivery or pricing variances Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining cost accuracy Conducting competitive supplier quoting Tracking upcoming job start dates and verifying material readiness Rescheduling jobs based on supplier timelines Following up on overdue purchase orders Adjusting POs with new delivery windows (pull-in/push-out) Tracking supplier status, certifications, surveys, and insurance documents
