Key Responsibilities - Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordination



Execute day-to-day purchasing transactions including creation, processing, and accuracy verification of purchase orders Source suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain adequate stock for ongoing projects Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize costs and service Track order status, address shipment discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution with vendors and internal teams Assist with supplier onboarding, records management, and compliance documentation Work cross-functionally with project, installation, and sales teams to support business needs and meet client deadlines Contribute to process improvement initiatives for purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management

What Makes You a Strong Purchasing Coordinator Candidate?



Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination is preferred Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order systems, and vendor management best practices Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Effective and professional written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems is a plus Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to high ethical standards

Education & Experience Requirements - Procurement Job Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred Prior experience in a purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative role strongly desired
