The individual in this position is responsible for various administrative duties along with Purchasing and Reception support. This position will incorporate administrative, computer and business skills to effectively support and represent CRN Solutions in a professional manner. This is an on-site position only.
Responsibilities:
Provide front office support to include answering phones, greeting visitors, provides operational support to accurately resolve questions and concerns regarding general areas of customer accounts while receiving internal support to enhance teamwork, communication and customer satisfaction.
Manage the shipping process for all invoices accordingly, i.e. UPS, LT, etc.
Professionally research and handle customer disputes and issues.
Implement proper resolution and update customer files, as needed.
Assist in office cleaning, overall office appearance and neatness.
Complete all other duties as assigned by management.
Answering, pre-screening and routing telephone calls, taking messages as appropriate.
Interact with Managers and employees on all levels.
Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies
Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
Must be punctual.
Manage and process order entry, accounts receivable processing and trucking related documentation accordingly. This is the main portion of the daily job requirements
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint a plus)
Strong attention to detail
Effective organization and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Education and Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma minimum.
1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
Ability to write correspondence letters and communicate efficiently.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
MS Office proficient: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.
Minimal wireless and/or technical background and plus.
