About Us:
Mehadrin Dairy is a "Super Kosher" food manufacturing facility committed to the highest standards of quality, food safety, and kashrus. We work closely with trusted suppliers and production teams to ensure excellence in every product we produce. We're currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Purchasing Office and support our daily operations.
Requirements:
An attentive to detail and reliable individual.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (is a must), including:
Navigating the interface
Data entry and formating.
Core formulas.
Sorting and filtering data.
Comfortable using keyboard shortcuts.
Ability to stay organized, follow through on tasks, and manage multiple items at once (multi-tasking and prioritizing).
Willing to learn and support purchasing and logistics activities as required.
Main Duties:
Entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets.
Keep records organized and support general office tasks.
Help review and organize files (such as invoices, packing lists, and other documents).
Communicate by email.
Follow tasks and remembering key details from ongoing matters.
Preferred:
Relevant experience in an office, purchasing, or logistics role, or equivalent educational background.
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
