We have an opening for a
Purchasing Apprentice.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn more about Revere Purchasing and managing inventory.

What you will do:
Learn how to purchase and manage inventory levels of products based on system parameters. Support the purchasing team in sourcing products and processing purchase orders.
Review suggested purchase orders, convert to orders when applicable
Assist the customer service with sourcing of product
Manage inventory levels of assigned lines
Review past due purchase orders
Perform other associated responsibilities, as assigned.
Occasional travel to other Revere locations required
Requirements/Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed coursework in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 0-1 years of purchasing or operations experience in electrical distribution preferred.
Skills and abilities: Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems; analytical skills, ability to coordinate data, and strong communication.
Physical Aspects
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Ability to work in front of a screen throughout the day
Repetitive hand motion/keyboard use
You must pass a drug test background check before starting.

Pay range:
$46,000 - 57,000 based on experience
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, and skills.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in an incentive or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives.
